Garden City Nursery School is a parent
cooperative founded in 1951.
It is administered by a member elected board of trustees which employs the
professional staff of a director, certified teachers, and experienced assistants.
The school is registered and charted by the New York State Department of Education,
and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
